The Laws of Pennsylvania comprise legal guidelines enacted as amendments to the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, the official statutory codification established by the General Assembly under the act of November 25, 1970 (P.L.707, No.230). These laws have been integrated into a separate official publication since 1975. The Pennsylvania Code is an official publication of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It incorporates rules and other documents filed with the Legislative Reference Bureau under the act of July 31, 1968 (P. L. 769, No. 240) (forty five P. S. §§ 1102, 1201—1208 and 1602) and 45 Pa.C.S.
