The quantity of the Release might be delivered to the relevant Escrow Account in accordance with Freelancer’s or Client’s directions, as relevant, these Escrow Instructions, and the other Terms of Service. Together with the Upwork User Agreement and different Terms of Service, these Direct Contract Terms represent the complete settlement with Upwork and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the matters coated.
No provision of any pre-printed order kind, buy order, click on-through course of, or other enterprise kind employed by Subscriber will supersede the phrases and situations of this Agreement, and any such document referring to this Agreement will be for administrative purposes solely and will have no authorized impact. If no end date is indicated on the old contract, the new contract shall be established with a six-month period.
