This provision shall not apply if Client had already engaged such freelancer on the Upwork platform previous to receipt of the freelancer profile from Upwork. The “Buy-out Period” is the 24 month interval instantly after the date that Upwork offers Client with the profile of the Freelancer that’s hired by Client outdoors of or off the Upwork platform.
