Not all authorities-owned property is open to most of the people. Depending on the kind of property you want to enter, your proper to access public locations could also be constrained by affordable time, place, or method restrictions, or by the federal government’s interest in managing its property. The U.S. Constitution protects your right to speak and, in some cases, grants you a right to entry public locations to assemble information. Your right to entry public property just isn’t absolute, however. Generally speaking, you have the same proper of access to public property as most of the people.
