A lawyer who has filed a Retirement Affidavit pursuant to Rule 2 of the Rule s of the Supreme Court on Lawyer Registration and who has elected restricted standing under the CLE Rules could elect emeritus standing by complying with the requirements for emeritus standing listed below. The Director will specify not more than 90 hours. The Director may recommend to the Court that a lawyer on involuntary restricted standing be transferred to energetic standing when the lawyer has fulfilled applicable CLE situations precedent or agreed to fulfill applicable CLE circumstances subsequent as determined by the Director.
